A light meter is another way to bring light into your picture without using flash. In the two pictures, we used the metering to bring out the middle greys. the two photo's are different because in the first one, we metered the color on the computer screen and took a photo of it and the second one, we metered the computer screen and took a photo of our partner with the light hitting him/her. they are different because of the light settings and location. in the future spot metering can help you by bringing out more color in your photo's instead of using flash.
